As a professional loan officer my first priority is to give great customer service. I take my client's needs seriously. With my knowledge and experience I am able to council each of my clients in an effective and timely manner. My goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free homebuying experience for my clients. I am always transparent with my clients and provide them with all the necessary information to make the best decisions for their mortgage needs.
I am here to help clients with our programs that go down to a 580-credit score. We have a wide range of loan programs including FHA/VA/USDA and conventional loans We can offer common sense manual underwriting for FHA/ VA/ USDA financing, when the automated system comes back less than favorable.
